In recent years, the number of people fleeing conflict, poverty and disaster has risen steadily.

In response to this reality, the associations France terre d'asile & Watizat, supported by the TBWA\Paris agency, have launched a unique, free Whatsapp number for exiled people living on the streets of Paris. At the heart of the project is a tool based on a universal language: emojis. Whatever their needs - care, meals, showers, warm clothing - an emoji is all it takes to get information on the places providing these services.
