Shimmering water, the song of cicadas, sunsets… But also sunburn, packed parks, and mosquitoes. Summer is here—for better or for worse. But mostly for the better, thanks to McDonald’s new Crazy Summer line.
Starting May 25, 2026, McDonald’s France is launching Crazy Summer as a limited-time offer. On the menu are sweet and savory flavors featuring the must-try CBO™, as well as the Fish and Double Fish New York burgers served with a Mango Curry sauce. The lineup also introduces a new item, the Beef Mozza Cheddar, a hearty recipe featuring a breaded patty made with melted mozzarella and crispy cheddar. For drinks, there’s Sprite® Dragon Fruit flavor, and the Pistachio McFlurry™, which is making a big comeback to round out this lineup designed for sunny days. These are true summer hits that will make us forget the songs playing on repeat on the radio.
To mark this launch, McDonald’s France and TBWA\Paris are unveiling a 360° campaign based on a simple idea: announcing the arrival of summer. With all its best aspects, of course, but without forgetting its little downsides. Because, after all, that’s what summer is all about.
The campaign features three 15-second videos set at the pool, the beach, and the park. They capture everything that makes summer special: the sun, the sound of the waves, and perfect tranquility. Perfect—until it’s disrupted by those little annoyances we all know all too well.
With humor and a lighthearted touch, the films capture those imperfect moments that make summer so special—moments we enjoy even more with the new Crazy Summer line. The campaign will run on TV, in-store, on social media, and in restaurants.
